Week 12 - Veteran's Day

Great Behavior
Mrs. Myers reported back that all of the classes had excellent behavior, with the exception of a few students in 4th period.  Great job!  Mrs. Myers will be substitute teaching again on Tuesday, November 16 (next week) as well as Thursday, December 2, the final two days of my mandatory training.

Homework Concern
I have noticed a decline in homework turn-in from all periods except for 3rd period.  There is math homework every day and sometimes on weekends (usually on weekends when there wasn't a Friday quiz).  In the next few weeks, we have shortened weeks due to Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, and my training days.  Because of the loss of instructional time, there will be fewer quizzes, but more homework to ensure practice and mastery.  Please make sure your child is doing their homework each night.
